Your information will include verification of income and employment, assets, and credit history of the applicants. Some of this information will be provided by you, the applicant, as part of your application process. For example, you will be requested to provide copies of W-2 forms for 2 years, pay stubs, and bank statements for asset verification. Other information, such as your credit history, will be obtained directly from the credit bureaus even if you have a current credit report on hand. A Butterfly Financial Group agent will always verify this information independently.

Print and review this checklist before you meet with your loan counselor:

• Pay stubs from the last 30 days

• Tax returns or W-2s for the last two years

• Last two months of Bank Statements

• Last quarterly statement for investment or trust accounts

• Copies of stocks, bonds, or US savings bonds

• Current statement of 401(k) or IRA accounts Value of autos, boats, and other personal property
